About me
I graduated from Corvinus University in Budapest and then started my career with KPMG. Subsequently I have over 18 years experience as a Finance Director of medium sized subsidiaries (e.g manufacturing, facility management, advertising) of multinationals. I am Hungarian registered tax consultant and Certified Accountant.
Positions to date include:
- Finance Director of a US owned advertising agency.
- Finance Director of a manufacturing company
- Finance Director of Services facility management company
Developing a Finance department from scratch, hiring the relevant staff, and implementation of a financial and accounting system.
Implementing a system of financial controls, sufficient for compliance with the Sarbanes Oxley Act. High proficiency US GAAP and Hungarian Accounting regulations and tax law compliance.
Internal audit reviews of sister companies in various Central European countries.
